In the pedestrian zone of Badenweiler, at Luisenstr. 4, there is a joint self-service branch of Sparkasse Markgräflerland together with Volksbank Breisgau-Markgräflerland. Here you will find an ATM with deposit and withdrawal functions as well as an account statement printer available around the clock.

Whether as a little bedtime reading, in the afternoon with coffee or in the evening by the fireplace: We would be happy to lend you books from our cupboard on the ground floor.

We would be happy to make (color) copies or scan your documents at the reception.

Are you looking for a small souvenir or would you like to enjoy the Schwarzmatt delicacies at home? We offer, among other things, the following items to take away (please order at least one day before departure):

Black Forest ham or cooked ham (either whole or finely sliced, vacuum-packed)
Jams or fig mustard (in a jar)
Riesling sparkling wine Brut from the Schlosskellerei Affaltrach, Württemberg
Rosé sparkling wine alcohol-free from the Julius Zotz winery, Heitersheim

Should you come home after 9 p.m., we kindly ask you to take your key with you. You can use this to unlock the main entrance, the upper entrance on Glasbachweg and the underground car park.

We also welcome your dog in our house. We are happy to see your four-legged friend in all public areas, except in the restaurant. We charge 25 euros / day for the dog’s accommodation.

On behalf of the spa administration, we will charge the tourist tax via your hotel bill.

The Badenweiler post office is located in the “Die Markgräflern” shop at Luisenstr. 21, just a few minutes’ walk from us. We also have stamps available for you at the reception. We would also be happy to accept your letters and postcards there for collection by the post office.

There is a black and white paper bag in your closet; the associated laundry price list is in the green guest folder. Please fill out the list and hand it in with the laundry at the reception or to housekeeping. You will receive your laundry back as soon as possible (excluding dry cleaning).

Our reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you are planning to depart before 8 a.m., we ask that you pay your bill the day before.

We would be happy to lend you umbrellas.

We would be happy to call you a car from EURO Taxi in Müllheim (telephone: 0 – 07631 – 120 20) for all the journeys you require. A special and fixed hotel rate is offered for many routes.

We ask you to park your car in the upper parking lot (Glasbachweg entrance) in such a way that the sidewalk remains clear! Our municipal police keep a watchful eye on this. The reception will be happy to help you find a parking space.

We have a selection of daily newspapers and magazines available for purchase at the reception. We would also be happy to get you your desired newspaper in town.
